Alpha 0.92 released


This update brings some new UI elements to the game. Player is now prompted to "create account" (aka submit a name that will be later offered as a default name on high scores etc. This will be used as a template to browse through your own play history from high score menu (high score menu might need a new name at that point, or it will be merged with achievements, let's see)).

Next planned update will be alpha 0.93. This will mainly consist of visual updates and environment wrap up. Alpha 0.94 will be a mission overhaul and tutorial. Most of the missions are currently quickly mashed together with little regard to fun or playability aspects (they are all possible to complete of course). 0.95 will be the first beta release, since after tutorial there are no other features planned for the game before the release. Releases from 0.95 to 0.99 will be mostly bug fixes and some versions might be skipped entirely if all goes well. 1.00 will be the full release.


Release notes for 0.92A:

- Added an ending to the game.

- Player profile creation implemented.

- Fully implemented achievement system. Tweaked some achievements.

- Full rework on track 2.

- Fixed a bug preventing track 8 to be completed.

- Fixed issues when using afterburner with nuclear missile. Using AB would invert movement and permanently increase speed. This is now fixed.

- Reworked target hit system.

- Added different explosion sounds based on warhead type.

- Significantly reduced the file size of packaged build (approximately 60% reduction).
